These Terms & Conditions ("Terms") govern the use of the School Management System provided by Lunar IT Solution Pvt. Ltd. ("we", "us", "our").

1. Service Description

We provide a web and mobile-based system used by educational institutions to manage academic and administrative operations.

2. User Eligibility

The Service is intended for use by schools and authorized personnel (administrators, teachers, staff). It is not intended for direct use by children.

3. Account Responsibility

• The school is responsible for managing user accounts and access.
• Users must keep login credentials secure.
• Any activity under an account is the responsibility of the school.

4. Data Responsibility

• The school owns and controls all data entered into the system.
• We process data only on behalf of the school.
• The school is responsible for data accuracy and legal compliance, including consent for minors.

5. Acceptable Use

Users agree not to:

• Use the Service for unlawful purposes
• Upload harmful, illegal, or abusive content
• Attempt to gain unauthorized access to the system
• Interfere with system performance or security

6. Service Availability

We aim to provide reliable service but do not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free operation. Maintenance or technical issues may cause temporary downtime.

7. Third-Party Services

The Service may rely on third-party infrastructure providers (e.g., cloud hosting). We are not responsible for outages or issues caused by third-party services.

8. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Lunar IT Solution is not liable for:

• Data loss caused by user actions or external factors
• Service interruptions or downtime
• Indirect or consequential damages

9. Termination

We may suspend or terminate access if:

• These Terms are violated
• The service agreement ends

These Terms are governed by the laws of Nepal.
